At Spacemaker we offer a variety of unit sizes and types. Besides our standard units, we have both Climate controlled and RV storage units!

Our units come in a wide range of sizes to fits your particular needs. These include: 5x10 6x10 10x10 10x12 10x20 10x24 10x 30 (not all sizes available at all locations - please inquire at location) and 5x10 10x10 10x15 10x20 in the climate controlled facility. Plus, all our locations come with extra-wide lanes between buildings, so they can accommodate the largest of trucks! Climate controlled units are located at our North Webster location, they are kept air conditioned in the summer, heated in the winter, and the humidity is kept low. This makes sure that if you have some environmentally sensitive possessions that you can be sure that they will not suffer any damage due to heat, cold and humidity. In summer the facility is kept below 78 degrees and in winter it is kept above 55 degrees, and at all times the humidity is kept below 60%. This ensures that your possessions are kept at optimal storage conditions.

Do you have an RV, Camper, or Boat sitting in your driveway but wish you could store it somewhere out of the way when you are not using it? Spacemaker offers special RV sized storage at our Elkhart location! These units are 18 foot wide by 42 foot long, with 13 foot high doors specially designed to accommodate RV's, Campers, Boats, whatever your large storage needs demand. Spacemaker offers two discount programs - a Prepayment Discount and a Multiple Unit Discount!

Our Prepayment Discount offers a 10% discount on all storage units that are prepaid 6 months or 12 months in advance. Units that are prepaid are protected from any rent increases during the prepayment period.

Our Multiple Unit Discount offers a 10% on all units if you rent more than one.
